​On May 30th, Sonora Collective presented their 2022-2023 Season Finale concert at Hashimoto Contemporary in the Lower East Side. With beautiful works by artist Madi as the backdrop, audience members enjoyed works by J.S. Bach, Debussy, Poulenc, Kaija Saariaho, Borodin, and Paul Frucht. The highlight of the evening was the world premiere of Paul Frucht's "There Are Stars" for flute and string quartet which was commissioned by Sonora Collective. Thanks to Hashimoto Contemporary and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council for making this event possible!
